Easy going and hard working. Ray is from Texas and loves living in the Colorado Rockies. He is our lead lawn tech and has enjoyed working in Eagle county for 4 years. His favorite hobbies are snowboarding and skate boarding.

Amy Sadler
Amy is a scheduling ninja helping to keep crews working efficiently and swiftly while raising 2 young boys. Amy is from Florida and found her true home in the Colorado Rockies. She is kind and compassionate and takes pride in tending to the smallest details.

Randy Hargreaves
Randy has a huge heart and takes however much time it takes to get the job done right. He is a team player and is loved by the entire team. Always willing to lend a hand and help when he is needed. Resourceful and strong.
Sales and Operations
Craig Keithley
Loves being outdoors, TRAQ certified ISA arborist and qualified supervisor with the Colorado department of Ag. Craig is an instrumental part to the operations and the sales at Rutsu. Craig is also a father to one daughter and family and nature are his passion.
Alec Rush
Alec is from Arkansas and loves to snowboard, ride motorcycles and has two cats. Alec has a huge heart and is always looking for ways to contribute. He is an excellent lawn technician and has spent a year apprenticing in noxious weed control.
